Truly enjoyed the way our brand-new and nicely decorated room with a fireplace was arranged. The breakfast was complimentary and enjoyable with of course and juice, as for instance, and the restaurant was excellent. Really helpful and extremely helpful staff that liked their guests.

Their staff were miserable.

The hotel is getting really long in the tooth. It has nice appointments in many ways, but there are a multitude of small things that simply need attention. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water all over the counter, the shower had a depression where water pooled and would not drain, etc. The hotel can't deserve more than the 3 stars you listed for it until the owners spent a considerable sum updating things.

My husband and I loved our stay with its perfect access to the Sandwich Glass Museum and short walks to beautiful parks, making it easy to soak in the charm of this idyllic town, and the large rooms with comfy beds added to the good experience.

Hospitality and quality of service is excellent. Great location, with plenty of parking and amenities.

Facilities are too old, and not up-to-date. The rug appeared to be not very clean. The food there was also a disappointment.

The front desk staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and the queen size bed and pillows were extremely comfortable .plenty of parking around corner from cafes and boutiques . I definitely would recommend and would stay again in future .

We were on the 3rd floor and was a musky smell becuz of the humidity I assume.However inside the rooms were nice and clean .

Electrical outlets to plug in phone or computer. Not close by. No desk to work on computer. A lot of wasted space where clothes were hung.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the gorgeous outdoor spaces that were perfect for gathering with family. The dining options were excellent, especially the creative dishes that everyone praised. My wife and I even managed a romantic dinner while the kids were entertained.

My wife says that more family-friendly amenities would be great for kids, perhaps some games or activities for them.

It is a high-class hotel with great view of the garden. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent and the food is outstanding.
